Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Servly also uses browser storage and similar technologies that serve the same functional purpose. Servly stores on your device: your cart, your most recent order, a random device identifier, a guest identifier, a copy of your profile if you sign in, your table and its join code for the current visit, your recently scanned table links, your food-filter, sorting and notification choices, which orders you have reviewed, and notes of prompts you dismissed or notices you acknowledged. This policy covers all such storage.
These keep Servly working — they sign you in securely, remember your cart, track your current order, and protect your session. The app can't function without them. No consent is needed for these.
Error and performance reports from your browser go to our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) so we can fix problems. Without your consent, these reports carry no IP address. They use no cookie. We store your cookie choice in one cookie, servly_cookie_consent, for one year. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Each time you make a cookie choice, we also save it on our server with the time, your IP address and browser, as proof of your choice.
If you accept, error and performance reports also include your IP address. If you reject, nothing else changes.
Withdraw consent
Click "Cookie settings" in any page footer at any time and choose "Reject non-essential" to stop sending your IP address with error and performance reports.
Essential cookies only
You can always use Servly with only essential cookies active — no features are lost.
Data removal
To delete your account, go to Profile and choose Delete My Account. This removes your profile, preferences, sessions, and the terms and cookie records linked to your account. Orders stay with your name, phone and email removed. The cookie that stores your choice stays in your browser until it expires or you clear it.
